Condolence: What a pleasure it was to know Jean (or Mrs. Ogilvie as I called her most of the time). I still remember the times I would go over to see Mac, and Jean would be there with opera blasting out on every radio in the house! Many, many fond memories -- and I thank her for that. What a wonderful life she lived for 97 years. My best to Mac, Linda, Jill, Brad and the many remaining Ogilvies! Dale Jones

Condolence: Jill, my condolences to you and your family on your mother's passing. I remember her from my childhood and, looking back, she was a woman ahead of her time. I also remember how lively she was a few years ago at lunch with the Warner girls, Diane Stacey.

Condolence: Dear Jill and family, I am so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. As I think back, Mrs. Ogilvie was probably one of the first people that I can recall as a child. She always sat in the church pew in front of us and I remember her getting up to play beautiful music on the organ. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely, Marsha Och Markl

Condolence: I was saddened to read of Jean's passing. She was a lovely lady that I was blessed to have in my distant family. As a young girl, she always let me turn off the chimes when she was done playing the organ on Sunday mornings at First EP. Heaven has gained a terrific organist for its Heavenly Choir. Rest in peace.

Condolence: I am in my Florida Home but was so saddened to hear of the loss of one of East Liverpool's loveliest ladies. Jean was a member of the Helen Gould Literary Club and I was always delighted when my wife hosted her when it was her time to do so. It provided me a chance to see her as well and I always made a point to "push my way into their meeting," especially to greet and speak to Jean. She was one of the most beautiful and charming ladies in the community and I will miss her always smiling face. May she rest in peace. David Anthony

Condolence: I'm not good at this stuff, but Aunt Jill and Grandma are in my prayers. I'm glad we visited in October. As young as my kiddos are, I'm glad they got to meet her. As we tell stories about how good Aunt Jean played the piano at family events, they will hopefully remember who we are talking about.
