Obituary for Jack Edward Moore

EAST LIVERPOOL, OH – Jack Edward “Cliff” Moore, of West Haven, CT, passed away at the age of 38 on Saturday, December 6, 2014 in West Haven.

A son of Charlene Shreve Hendrixson (David), of Columbus, and Jack Lee Moore (Joyce), of Wellsville, Cliff was born in East Liverpool on June 21, 1976

He was employed as a technician at Budget Dry Waterproofing in Guilford, CT.

Cliff is survived by a daughter Mariah Moore, and a son Eli Moore, both of Columbus; two sisters, Kelly Moore Barnhart, and her fiance Jeff Davis, of West Haven, and Malissa Barnett, and her husband Jeff, of East Liverpool. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Betty D. Moore, of East Liverpool, and his maternal grandfather Carson Shreve of Calcutta.

Cliff was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Garnett Shreve, his paternal grandfather Ed Moore, and his uncle Eddie Moore.

The Rev. Hubert D. Clardy, Jr., of the First Baptist Church in Wellsville will conduct funeral services at the Dawson Funeral Home on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Friends may visit on Friday at the funeral home where the family will be present from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.

He will be laid to rest in Columbiana County Memorial Park. Following burial family and friends will gather at the Dawson Family center for a time of fellowship.
