The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Steve Tatgenhorst can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Heather
Condolence: You are my hero♥ you were my best friend....you were always there for me no matter what commitments you may have had I was always your priority. I could not of asked for a better father or grandfather for my children. I do not have one negative memory of you ♡ even in your last few days and nights we laughed and joked you let me know that we are buddies and how you worry about me working at the jail. Dad you don't have to worry now. You have the best view. I will be fine knowing you are watching over us. Thank you for teaching me how to love and treat others. Thank you for taking care of me and mom. (I know that was very difficult at times)........I will laugh and smile everyday thinking of our memories. ..you have told me you don't want everyone sitting around crying when you are gone. I can not promise you I will do that but, my tears will dry knowing I will see you again...I love you with all my heart
