RICHARD K. LOWE, 62
EAST LIVERPOOL – East Liverpool resident Richard K. “Dickie” Lowe, 62, passed away at his home on Lincoln Avenue early Saturday morning, July 30, 2016.
A son of the late Richard G. and Beverly Jean Phillips Lowe, he was born in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on November 13, 1953.
Dickie was a music lover, and was happiest when he was singing and playing his guitar.
He leaves behind two daughters, Jessica Lowe and Kelly Lowe, both of East Liverpool, as well as three sisters: Debbie Simms and her husband, Daniel, also of East Liverpool; Susan Spencer of Gaffney, SC; and Jackie Levan of Jacksonville, FL. There are five grandchildren: Alica Lowe, Kristopher T. Hornbeck, Aubrey Earich-Lowe, Gavin Pickens and Cassidy Pickens, along with two great-grandchildren: Kinsley Oates and Kristopher A. Hornbeck.
In addition to his parents, Dickie was preceded in death by a brother, Charles D. Lowe.
The Dawson Funeral Home is in charge of services, which will be held at a later date.
