Obituary for William Alvy Reynolds Jr.

William A. “Bill” Reynolds of Cheval Street in East Liverpool, passed away early Monday, November 21, 2016 at the East Liverpool City Hospital. He was 59.

Born in East Liverpool on September 15, 1957, he was a son of Carol Lynn Guildoo Reynolds, with whom he resided, and the late William Alvy Reynolds, Sr., who passed away on April 9, 2007.

A 1976 graduate of East Liverpool High School, he was self-employed as an electrician and “jack of all trades”. He had spent most of his life in this area, but had lived in California and Florida for several years. Bill enjoyed following NASCAR races and loved rooting for the Dallas Cowboys.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Cheryl Brennen of East Liverpool, and Dawne Smith and her husband, James, also of East Liverpool, as well as a brother, David A. Reynolds.

Bill was especially fond of his extended family, which included his nieces, Melissa Brennen and Kristen Pacola and her husband, Edward, and nephews Matthew Brennen and his wife, Laurie; Brett Smith and his wife, Tanika; and David Reynolds, Jr. There are four great-nieces, Haley Brennen, Sydney Dawson, Hannah Brennen and Lilly Pacola, and two great-nephews, Austin Smith and Evan Pacola, all of whom were his pride and joy.

Family and friends will gather at the Dawson Family Center for a time of fellowship at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 3.

Bill will be laid to rest next to his father at Riverview Cemetery at a later date.
