Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Rosalie Spencer can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Alonzo and Jo Anne my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I have so many fond memories of Rosalie. My sister Debbie Presutti was in her class and my mom was home room mother. I was not yet in school so I tagged along on field trips and attended class parties. As I grew up in East Liverpool, Rosalie always stopped to visit with me whenever we would happen to meet. She was an educator, mentor and roll model who blessed the lives of many.
