MARGARET ANN MURPHY, 82

EAST LIVERPOOL – Margaret Ann Murphy, of Summit Drive in Calcutta, died at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh on Thursday, April 27, 2017. Born in Alliance, Ohio on May 18, 1934, she was 82.

A daughter of the late Harvey and Margaret Bankerd Murphy, Margaret was raised in this area and was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in East Liverpool. She had been a faithful worker at Employment Development, Inc.

A sister, Mrs. Mark (Susan) Sanford, survives her in Florida. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by a brother, Harvey D. Murphy. Margaret is also survived by her nephews, Jeff and Andy Sanford.

Friends may visit with the family from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Dawson Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday with Dr. Robert Sylvies, Pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene.

Margaret will be buried near her family at Riverview Cemetery.
