Obituary for Rikki Leigh Virden (Virden)

Rikki Leigh Virden (Virden)
Ms. Rikki Leigh Virden, born in East Liverpool on February 8, 1981, passed away in East Liverpool on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at the age of 36.

A daughter of Diana Howard of East Palestine, Rikki had been a lifelong area resident, living most recently on Failer Street in East Palestine.

She is also survived by her daughter, Hayleigh Monac of East Palestine. In addition, Rikki leaves behind a half-sister, Megan Bowersock of East Liverpool; a brother, Bobby Lipps and his wife, Kalean, of Austintown; maternal grandmother, Sandra Smith of East Palestine; paternal grandparents, George and Betty Virden of Norwood, NC, as well as her mother’s companion, David Birch, also of East Palestine.

Rikki was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, David Howard.

Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Friday, where the family will be present from 9-11 a.m. A service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Evangelist Will Montgomery officiating.
