Obituary for Angela Starr Muschweck (Muschweck)

EAST LIVERPOOL – Angela Starr Muschweck, of East Liverpool, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017 at the home of her grandmother following a lengthy battle with cancer. She was 38.

Born in East Liverpool, August 21, 1978, she was a daughter of David (Pam) Joy of Wellsville and Kathy (Mike) Houshour of East Liverpool. A member of the East Liverpool High School Class of 1997, she went on to earn her Associates Degree from Kent State University, an LPN degree from Jefferson Tech, and a medical tech degree from Ohio Valley College of Technology.

Angela was a fire fighter for both the Calcutta and Glenmoor Volunteer Fire Departments. She also had a commercial driver’s license.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters, Hannah Muschweck and Erica Sayre. She also leaves her maternal grandmother, Annalee Muschweck of East Liverpool, and a paternal grandmother Dorothy Joy of Wellsville.

There are three sisters: Amanda Joy, Sharon Campbell and Kylee Travers, a brother, Ronald Campbell, as well as two uncles, John Muschweck and Randy Muschweck and an aunt Tammy Muschweck.

Friends may visit Thursday evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 5 to 7 p.m. Pastor Bill Wagner of the Pleasant Heights Baptist Church will conduct a funeral service at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

She will be laid to rest at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
