Terry V. Martin, 73

EAST LIVERPOOL – Terry V. Martin, of Vine Street, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the East Liverpool City Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was 73.

Born in East Liverpool, July 17, 1945, he is a son of Ferrall “Fats” Martin and the late Virginia Pollock Martin. A member of the East Liverpool High School Class of 1964, he worked at the former Crucible Steel, Sedco Equipment/CCW Machine Shop and then Bates Lawn Service. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW Post 66, the Potters Club and the Orioles Club.

His wife, Patricia “Pat” Martin, preceded him in death. The couple married in 1964. Together they had two sons, Terry L. Martin of East Liverpool and Tim Martin of East Liverpool. There are three grandchildren: Jacob, Joshua and Stephanie, as well as two great-grandchildren Addyson and Tyson. A sister survives as well, Tyra Campbell and her husband, Charlie, of East Liverpool.

Friends may visit Wednesday afternoon and evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
