Mary Kathryn “Kay” Fisher, 93

EAST LIVERPOOL – Mary Kathryn “Kay” Fisher, 93, passed away suddenly Wednesday afternoon, January 10, 2018 in East Liverpool City Hospital. A lifelong resident of East Liverpool, she lived in the family home on Maplewood Avenue in which she was born.

A daughter of the late Will and Julia Costello Jordan, Kay as she was known to all, was born in East Liverpool on March 22, 1924.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years James A. Fisher in 1997, they were married on July 31, 1950. She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph and James Jordan.

Kay had worked at the former Gordon Cleaners for 26 years before spending over 20 years at Presswell Cleaners, retiring in 1988.

Friends may visit Sunday evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home with reverend Tanta Luckhardt-Hendricks.. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
