Elwin “Jr.” “Hank” Preston Snow Obituary

Midland, Pennsylvania- Elwin “Jr.” “Hank” Preston Snow, 87, of Midland Heights passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018 at his residence.

Born January 12, 1931 at Chester, West Virginia, he was a son of the late Elwin P. and Irna Snow.

He spent his lifetime in this area, retiring from the former Crucible Steel Company in Midland in 1982 after 27 years of service.

A graduate of Chester High School in 1948, he then enlisted in the U.S. Air Force serving our country during the Korean Conflict.

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Snow, Lavaun Sayre and Frances McGaffic.

He is survived by two nieces, Mary Lou Maltarich and her husband, Bob of Millersburg, Ohio, and Linda Ketchum and her husband, Jeff of Wellsville.

There are several great nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Burial will be in Locust Hill Cemetery in Chester, West Virginia.
