I first met Ricky on the football field when Westgate played East during our 9th grade year and had the honor of being his teammate during our years at ELHS. He was a fierce competitor on the football field but had a heart larger than his massive frame. He was a true friend during our time together at ELHS and will be truly missed by all. My condolences to his family and friends in East Liverpool and elsewhere. RIP #76.
