Jenny D. Parsons Keevert, 93

CALCUTTA – East Liverpool native Jenny D. Parsons Keevert, 93, formerly of Cain Street passed away at the Calcutta Health Care Center, Monday May 14, 2018 at 8:40 a.m. following a lengthy illness.

Born in Irondale, Ohio on November 12, 1924, she was a daughter of the late John Wesley and Mariah Jane Higgins Brown.

Jenny was a member of Holy Trinity Parish at St. Aloysius Catholic Church and at one time she was a member of the Golden Aires and the Area Seniors.

Surviving is her son, Bradley James Parsons, of Appleton, Wisconsin. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Jenny was preceded in death by her husband Howard G. "Slim" Keevert in 1977. She was also preceded by four sisters, Janet Nottingham, Mary McCulough, Thelma Kinsey and Dorothy Edwards, and six brothers, Ernest, Clarence, Irwin, Arnold, Kenneth and Ellwyn Brown.

Her arrangements are being handled by the Dawson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
