Kevin Douglas Riggle, 28

EAST LIVERPOOL - Kevin Douglas Riggle, of East Liverpool, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018 as a result of a fire at his home. He was 28.

Born in East Liverpool, April 13, 1989, he was a son of Traci and Marc Golden and Wayne and Erica Riggle, all of East Liverpool. A member of the East Liverpool High School Class of 2007, he was a member of the baseball and wrestling teams. He then graduated from the New Castle School of Trades and began to work at Esmark Steel Mill Services where he was an excellent machinist. Kevin enjoyed playing horseshoes, fishing, cooking and living the river life.

Above all things in life he loved his children – they were his pride and joy: daughter Ayla Marie Riggle and son Jayden Zackary Riggle. He is also survived by five sisters, Allie Sanchez, Kylie McComas and her husband, Tyler, Karly Golden, Delaney Riggle and Danni Riggle, as well as a brother Kaleb Riggle, all of East Liverpool.

Also left to cherish his memory are his maternal grandparents: Gary Willison and Robin Willison, paternal grandparents: Lewis and Margot VanDyne, maternal grandparents: Jay and Linda Crawford, aunts and uncles: Sherry and Robert Wolfe, Linda Lioi, Terri and Mike Graleski, Jennifer Willison, Jamie Willison, and Ed and Linda Golden; along with a niece: Natalie Wilkinson. He will also be remembered by Robert Talbott and Beth Lowe.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Eugene and Donna Riggle and an uncle Nick Lioi.

Tyler McComas, Kevin’s brother-in-law, will conduct a memorial service at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Dawson Funeral Home. Friends may visit Thursday evening from 5 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service Friday.
