Condolence: My deepest sympathies to all of Brent's family. I am so shocked and upset to hear of his passing. I was five years younger than he but I knew him because I llived on Park Way too and rode the same school bus. To clarify, this twice daily bus ride was extremely long and with only a couple of people on it for the bulk of the ride. Brent was such a sweet guy who had a huge heart and had such a great sense of humor. He brought love and light to those who surrounded him. After knowing him growing up in ELO and sharing the same school bus it was nice to catch up once Facebook came around. No one other than Brent could get away with blasting his enormous boom box on the back of the bus! As a little girl I thought he was the coolest person ever!!! He had excellent taste in music and even took requests! In the afternoon once we dropped the bulk of the kids off on Dairy Lane and made our way back on Park Way all the way through to Stagecoach Road and beyond up that mountain with farms and then loop back around back on Park Way he blasted Little Red Corvette. Every day. I hated when he got off the bus because the bus ride would be quiet, sad and lonely after that and while I lived across from Thompson Park, minutes passed like hours then to me as a kid. What I'm saying is that even boring things like a bus ride were made fun because of him and simple things in life that might seem routine or boring were made special because of him. I suppose he too saw the value in music on these long bus rides because he had to cart the giant boom box in and out of school for this purpose! He had a special kind of charisma. He was endearing to all who knew him. He was just so very sweet-one couldn't help but like him. So few people are like this and that was what made him so special. I remember the days when they had the TCBY and Brent frequently worked behind the counter--he always was so sweet and generously gave me all the extra toppings I wanted. He was so caring and friendly. He was such a good guy and I'm glad I had the opportunity to tell him this myself but I want his dear wife Holly and his children to hear it too hoping that in some way this will assuage some of the grief you are feeling. He was so happy and proud of his family and truly relished the time spent during family trips. You made his life so full and I was so happy for him to see him brimming with love and happiness. He is gone too soon and I grieve with you in your loss. The world is a better place having had him in it, even if it was all too brief of a stay here on earth. Please accept my most sincere condolences. I am so sorry. Brent was very special-he had a big heart, was generous and giving, and made everyone laugh.

Condolence: My sincere condolences to the Bosco family. I was so sorry to hear of Brent's passing. I was a school mate of his and remember him fondly. He had a great sense of humor and was always smiling. We were on the same school bus and I remember him bringing his boom box on and sitting in the back of the bus. "Little Red Corvette" was a favorite and he would play it over it and over. This morning on my way to work, I was feeling sad and this song came on the radio, bringing me back to those times. It put a smile on my face and comforted me. In the last ten years we had reconnected on Facebook. He would always put on funny videos that I enjoyed. He loved going to Cancun and enjoying his vacations. And I got to see Aubrey grow up--he was so proud of her and his beautiful wife Holly and step son Gabe. I hope you can find peace by holding his memories close and know he is watching over you from heaven.
