Cynthia Harvey, 64
SALEM – Cynthia Harvey, formerly of Thompson Avenue, East Liverpool, passed away Friday, May 25, 2018 at Salem East Healthcare Center. She was 64.
Born in East Liverpool, October 18, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Betty Jean Harvey. At one time she was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the Daughters of America and the Rebeccas Lodge 370 in Wellsville.
A brother survives, Robert Mitchell along with several cousins.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
