Obituary for Linda S. Glover (Rigdon)

LINDA S. GLOVER, 64

East Liverpool – Linda S. Glover of Lisbon, passed away at East Liverpool City Hospital, at 9:22 p.m. Monday, July 30, 2018 following a lengthy illness. She was 64.

Linda was a daughter to Lula “Pug” Midkiff Rigdon of East Liverpool and the late Ray Rigdon. She was born on June 12, 1954 in East Liverpool. She was a 1973 graduate of East Liverpool High School and she also attended Kent State University.

She worked at the Lisbon VFW post as a bartender and enjoyed spending time with her family cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

In addition to her mother, Linda is survived by her longtime companion, Ed Jackson of Lisbon, her daughter Shannon Rigdon, and her companion Joe Potter,of Fairmont, West Virginia, a son Leon Daugherty, and his wife Mandy, of Lisbon, seven grandchildren, Leon II, Myckenzie, Mychal, Sam, Jonah, Bobby and Braden, a sister Lori Doran, and her husband Richard, of Hookstown, Pennsylvania, and a brother Gary Rigdon, and his wife Diane, of Beaver, Pennsylvania, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded by two brothers, Tommy and Danny Rigdon.

Friends may visit with the family at the Dawson Funeral Home on Sunday August 12th, where the family will be present one hour prior to the service.

Dave Willey will officiate at a memorial service at the Dawson Funeral Home on Sunday August 12th at 3:00 p.m.
