Dan had attended Beaver Local High School and was a self-employed entrepreneur, primarily selling trucks parts. He loved following NHRA Drag Racing, working on cars and vacationing at Myrtle Beach. Wherever he went, he usually was accompanied by his canine companion.

In addition to his father, he is survived by a sister, Sue Richardson and her husband, Randy, of East Liverpool, along with a brother, Mark Seitz of Warren. There are two nieces, Julie Richardson and Heather Earich, as well as two nephews, Justin Richardson and his wife, Jillian, and Zach Earich. Dan also leaves behind his great niece, Brooklyn, and great-nephew, Bryce, along with his many friends.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Earich.

Services are planned for 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Dawson Funeral Home, with Evangelist Will Montgomery of the St. Clair Avenue Church of Christ officiating.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday, where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
